How our engagements typically work
Every organization is different. After our initial conversation, We will recommend a simple engagement structure based on your team, goals, and timeline.
Most engagements center on in-person working sessions and practical guidance designed to help sales managers clarify priorities and move forward with confidence.
FIRST STEP
Discovery call
We begin with a complimentary discovery call to understand what you’re looking to accomplish and whether working together makes sense. If there’s a fit, we’ll outline a recommended engagement structure and next steps.
WORKING SESSIONS
In-person working sessions
Most engagements include two in-person sessions per month, typically about an hour each, held at your office or a local coffee shop. These sessions are conversational and practical—focused on listening, clarifying priorities, and providing real-time feedback, tools, and guidance tailored to your role and team.
ONGOING SUPPORT
Ongoing feedback & support
Between in-person sessions, we provide follow-up support as needed, based on our conversations and priorities. This may include shared feedback, targeted resources, or thoughtful responses to questions as they arise.
