Who do you work typically work with?

We work with sales leaders—managers and directors who oversee 2-30 sales reps—at small to mid-sized companies that already have a sales team in place and want more consistency, clarity, and sustainable performance.

Is this for individual sales reps or sales leaders?

This work is designed for sales leaders and leadership teams. While individual reps may be involved, the focus is on improving leadership, structure, and how the team operates.

How do you work with clients — onsite, virtual, or both?

Engagements typically include two onsite consultations, supported by virtual follow-up and ongoing support as needed.

How hands-on are you with the sales team?

Our primary focus is working directly with the sales manager. When appropriate, we can also engage with the sales team—meeting with reps to gather feedback, introduce new ideas, or support specific initiatives. Any direct involvement with reps is coordinated with the manager and done only when it supports their goals.

Is this a one-time engagement or ongoing support?

Both are possible. Some engagements are short-term, while others continue over time, depending on your needs and preferences.

Can you help if our sales process is already in place?

Yes. Many clients already have a sales process and are looking to improve results, execution, or team culture. We start by reviewing what’s working today, then offer practical feedback and tools to support improvement. We’ll offer recommendations, and you choose what to put into practice.

What kind of results can we expect?

How is your work priced?

Once we understand what you’re looking to accomplish, we’ll outline a clear structure for working together and recommend an approach that fits your situation. We’ll discuss what makes the most sense in terms of in-person meetings, length of engagement, and follow-up support. Most engagements begin with an initial 1-2 month period that includes two onsite meetings per month and additional follow-up support. Ongoing support or additional time can be added as needed.

How is your approach different from traditional sales training?

We don’t deliver canned presentations or generic training. We start by understanding your situation, reviewing what’s already in place, and working collaboratively to improve it. The guidance is practical and informed by decades of real-world experience, with the goal of creating meaningful improvements in both results and the day-to-day work life of you and your team.

How quickly can we get started?
