We work directly with sales leaders who want practical, hands-on support. We start by listening to understand the challenges you’re facing and what you hope to gain from our time together. From there, we provide real-world guidance on managing reps, giving feedback the right way, staying on top of performance, and improving team morale.

About Darren
Darren Kipfer is a sales management coach with 20+ years of experience building high-performing teams. He has consistently ranked as a top-performing sales rep nationally, expanded sales divisions into multi-million-dollar operations, and led teams to exceed their goals.
As a corporate trainer and national speaker for over 10 years, Darren has coached more than 10,000 sales professionals and presented to over 100,000 people at conferences, office locations, trade shows, and live events across the country.
He holds a Master of Education, two bachelor’s degrees, and a minor in psychology, giving him a strong foundation in understanding people, motivation, and leadership. Darren combines this expertise with practical, real-world experience to deliver coaching that drives measurable results.
He works with sales leaders who want actionable guidance, honest feedback, and support that helps their teams perform at the highest level.
